All of my running since January 1st

I have ran WAY more miles then what I have actually logged but remember this is just all of my running starting from the first of January of 2012.  It may look like a low number of miles per week but before this I had just recovered from being sick for nearly a week'n a half, previous to being sick I was doing just under 50miles a week.

Week #1 1/2/2012 All runs have a warm up and cool down

Monday easy 4 miles 60 push ups, abs 

Tuesday hard 600m easy 600m hard, 1200 easy 1200 hard, 1800 easy 1800 hard, 1200 easy 1200 hard, 600 easy 600 hard (6miles)

Wednesday medium 4 miles 60 push ups, abs, then soccer

Thursday easy 4miles 

Friday easy 4 miles, 60 push ups, abs, 4 pickups 

Saturday long 8 miles 

Sunday recovery 4miles, abs, chest, soccer,  

Week #1 total: 34 miles 

Week #2 1/9/2012

Monday easy 4 miles 4 pickups 

Tuesday easy 6 miles, abs, and chest 

Wednesday easy 4 miles 4 pickups 

Thursday easy/medium 4 miles, abs, and chest 

Friday easy 4 miles, 4 pickups, abs 

Saturday long 9 miles (strong finish)

Sunday easy/medium 4 miles, abs, and chest

Week #2 total: 35 miles

Week #3   1/16/2012

Monday recovery 4 miles, abs, 2 pickups 

Tuesday easy 4 miles, 4 pickups, and abs

Wednesday easy 6 miles, chest, abs, and soccer

Thursday easy 4 miles and 6 pickups 

Friday easy 6 miles, abs, and chest

Saturday long/tempo 10 miles (hard run)

Sunday recovery   4 miles, soccer, and abs 

Week #3 total 38 miles

Week #4 1/23/2012

Monday easy 6 miles (hard finish) 

Tuesday easy 4 miles, soccer conditioning 

Wednesday easy 4 miles, chest, and soccer

Thursday recovery 2 miles, abs, and soccer conditioning 

Friday recovery 2 miles and chest 

Saturday hard 4 miles fast 

Sunday easy 4 miles, abs, chest, soccer 

Week #4 total 26 miles 

Week #5 1/30/2012

Monday easy 6 miles and abs 

Tuesday recovery 2 miles, abs, and soccer conditioning 

Wednesday recovery 2 miles and abs

Thursday easy 4 miles and 6 pick ups 

Friday easy 6 miles with semi hard finish 

Saturday hard/fast 7 miles

Sunday recovery 4 miles 2 pick ups

Week #5 total 31 miles 

Week #6 2/6/2012

Monday easy 6 miles, 4 pickups, abs, chest

Tuesday easy 4 miles, hard finish

Wednesday easy 4 miles, 6 pickups, chest, abs 

Thursday easy/hard 6 miles, 4 easy, 5 hard laps 

Friday easy 5 miles 

Saturday race 4k in 13:50 !! 

Sunday long 9 miles in 59:46 ! 

Week #6 total 37 miles
